Standard Sky Station
The cleanest package for most bonfire companies. Easy to explain, strong margin, enough time to create awe, and simple enough to sell inside an existing checkout or proposal.
StarCoast Sky Station is the normal bonfire company add-on: a simple after-sunset awe moment with telescope viewing, binocular tripod, red lights, sky stories, Gulf weather honesty, and whatever the Gulf gives us.
Telescope Lounge is the premium private, wedding, corporate, retreat, and concierge version when the night needs higher-touch planning, guest flow, and direct StarCoast control.
Low admin, high delight, weather-honest delivery.Guests already have chairs, fire, beach, and after-dinner time. StarCoast adds the telescope moment: the cool guy on the beach with a telescope, red lights, simple sky stories, and the live question: What can we see tonight?
The cleanest package for most bonfire companies. Easy to explain, strong margin, enough time to create awe, and simple enough to sell inside an existing checkout or proposal.
A telescope and binocular tripod near the bonfire area, under red-light control, with relaxed sky hosting and Gulf-weather honesty. It extends the night without competing with the fire.
For private families, planners, concierges, wedding teams, corporate retreats, luxury rental groups, and higher-end partners who do not sell bonfires.
Make Standard Sky Station the default pitch. Pilot is for testing. Premium is for better-positioned bonfires or higher-touch guest groups.

Retail prices are guest-facing. Partner-specific payout timing and operational requirements are controlled by StarCoast terms.
The partner owns the bonfire customer relationship and collects the guest payment. StarCoast owns the Sky Station delivery, guest expectations, weather interpretation, setup decision, and telescope flow.
This keeps the admin simple and protects the guest experience. The partner does not need to become a sky or weather expert.
Give guests one better after-sunset memory without adding a fragile operational burden to the bonfire team.
StarCoast runs unless there is active rain, lightning risk, unsafe wind, unsafe beach conditions, or the sky is too socked in to give guests a fair shot.
If the sky gives us a window, we will try to find it. This is a live Gulf sky hunt, not a guaranteed planet list.
If StarCoast cancels because conditions are active rain, lightning risk, unsafe wind, unsafe beach conditions, or too socked in to give a fair shot, the event moves through the agreed makeup, credit, or refund path between StarCoast and the partner. The guest should hear one clean weather message, not two competing interpretations.
When possible, StarCoast sets up 50 to 100 feet away from the fire, away from fire glow, upwind, and under red-light control. Some beach sites are constrained, so the exact layout is field judgment.
50 to 100 feet from the fire when possible, so the telescope area feels connected but not washed out by fire glow.
Away from fire glow, upwind when possible, and managed with red lights so guests can move safely without wrecking night vision.
Some sites may limit targets to Moon, bright planets, satellites, Stellarium sky-app view, and brighter objects. That is fine when expectations are set correctly.
Sell StarCoast Sky Station as an add-on inside your bonfire checkout, proposal, or pre-arrival upgrade flow. You collect. StarCoast delivers.
Refer higher-end private events to Telescope Lounge: private families, proposals, wedding weekends, corporate groups, retreats, and concierge beach nights from $1,250 and up, with 10% to 15% referral when applicable.
Partners should use the exact StarCoast description and expectation language so guests do not hear promises StarCoast would not make.
StarCoast is licensed and insured in Walton County. Each partner remains responsible for its own bonfire operations, permits, seating, fire safety, and guest area. StarCoast controls its telescope setup, red-light zone, gear safety, and sky-station delivery.
Photos may be offered only when conditions and flow allow. Reviews are requested honestly after the experience. Photos and reviews are separate, and reviews are never traded for photos.
After booking, send guests the Sky Station guest page so they know what to expect, what to bring, how weather works, and how The Call works.
Guest PageThis is for bonfire companies and higher-end partners. Use the private-events path if you already have a date-specific private Telescope Lounge lead.
